I hope you have someone to share your turkey with today, the dogs will be too full after their breakfast.!!

Well,my Christmas present is a new broadband service, installed yesterday that actually works,so far,so good.I am not too keen on the huge satellite dish strapped to the chimney, but I will get used to it.

  7. Carolyn, it will be good to see you back. It's a poisson. There are three of us here. All Old Age Travellers. I'm in charge of dinner.

John, the Marlboro are there to show the size of the bird.....seen bigger partridge...should have got one. All the very best to you as well.

Jay, good luck at work, patching up Bykers. Hope you get New Year off. That must be a real horror show.

DeeBee, Un joyeux Noël à tu. Je suis désolé, à vous.
They had it for breakfast. Driving me mad they were. I'm not a Blue Cordon but can cook. I'm a survival cook.

Keith, I like to keep wee bits of my life private but in the interest of honesty. I have more whisky than the SS Politician most of it on the inside of me.
You enjoy your day and don't be too sad. Hope your sister is coping.

  8. Phil, many thanks and a Merry Christmas from us. Expensive is Christmas. The feeders need topping up again and it's only ten o'clock. Not to worry, even blue tits and nuthatches deserve a treat today.

  12. Graham, it's much the same as any other day. I'm waiting in vain for sunlight on the Strid at Bolton Abbey. A wonderful place the river Wharfe goes from two hundred feet wide to two feet.
