INSULTS. (04/12/15)

I have always enjoyed a good slanging match so today I’m going to reply to Dithery as he has labelled me and thousands of others terrorist sympathisers.

Piss off you spoon faced piggy poker.

There that’s that done. They will never learn and I haven’t got the energy or the opportunity to teach the bombers from either side the stupidity of their ways but I do know that it is impossible to bomb away ideas or ideals. The money spent on bombs would be better spent providing water, food and education. It would be far better spent on an alternative industry to the arms industry, I recognise that that is not going to happen in my lifetime.

It’s not been a very nice week, plenty of water here. Too much.

_MG_2487Why the dogs spend ages rolling in snow then return to the van and start pawing at the heater vents is a mystery.

A couple of days ago this grand machine came to trim the hedges.

_MG_2498

It not only did the hedges but left pretty patterns.

_MG_2505

Tidy hedges.

That’s all for today enjoy the weekend.

  1. There are a lot of terrorist sympathisers here as well, including my wife and 10 year old grandson.

    1. Gary, I haven't met anyone who thinks bombing is anything but an appalling response. I don't meet many people but who the hell can vote for bombing as a solution is beyond me.

  2. I love your response to Dithery. I've never heard that combination before. I've written it down for future reference. LOL

    1. Marie, five years ago dithery Dave and his ilk were a grand source of amusement. Now they are getting dangerously deluded. Despite or perhaps because of their education they seem to have little grasp of either the reality or the consequences of what they do. They will try and keep people fed and housed here as even they recognise that a mob is unstoppable. I hope it never comes to pass but should they trigger civil unrest here then they will be relying on the terrorist sympathisers to get them out of the hole they are digging for themselves.

    2. Oh my. Freedom os speech is a double edged sword. The proliferation of hate speech scares me, with people you'd never think were subscribers to it participating. Fear and mob mentality create a forum for scary people.

  4. Totally agree Adrian; you can't bomb away peoples beliefs.
Religion has a lot to answer for in this world. The cause of most of its problems.

    1. Keith, it seems all but arms suppliers and politicians agree.

  5. I agree. The poor, poor "ordinary" Syrians. Bombed by their leader, bombed by ISIS, bombed by the U.S., bombed by France, and now bombed by us. It's heartbreaking.

    1. Frances, we only have one jet and Dithery has stolen the refuelling aircraft. It must be hell over there.

  6. Seems like it all started with Indo-China.... Oh well, I'd rather not get started. Love the pictures, especially the third.

  7. Respondiendo con bombas no se solucionan los problemas. A tus perros les gusta la nieve ;)) Bonito dibujo tiene la tres. Cuídate del frio.
    Buen fin de semana.
    Un abrazo.

    1. Laura, sin bombardeos no resuelve nada. Es cálido ahora, pero muy húmedo.

  9. Let them get on with bombing themselves hopefully they'll do each other in and we then inherit the planet....maybe. Sadly I don't dogs are much cleverer at times judging from your dossier on dodgy dog behaviour.
    The tracks remind of wheat

    1. Douglas, they know hot air blows and as I switch the heater on when they scratch or poke the vents they assume they have done it.

  11. At least two out of three seem to be enjoying the snow.
If anything like here then it will be a touch blustery up there in the wild and woolly north.

    1. John, no snow now. The rain washed the electricity away and with it the internet.

  12. Thank you for making me laugh with "Piss off you spoon faced piggy poker!" I will have to remember that next time you are slagging off teachers, perhaps replacing "piggy" with "sheep"? Baaaa!

    1. YP, I am sure that teaching has improved. I found school an almost total waste of time.

  13. I'm not sure whether your post made me laugh or cry - perhaps I'll do both and get it over with. As that post was Friday I'm assuming you're a lot wetter now and there certainly won't be any snow left.

  15. I don't know which news to believe - Russia's explanation of the situation or the UK/US. Everyone seems to me to be lying. Better to enjoy pictures and music :)
