Today I have a short video that I have put together from material shot yesterday. I need the practise I am slowly getting better at the job. I hope.
There are strong flickering lights on the video so if you are affected by them don't watch it.
Tomorrow is haircut day and I will probably be away for twenty four hours.
Now I must get a before picture of the dogs.

The fellow at the bench was peeing sparks! That's a hell of a trick. I guess he'd consumed a bottle of scotch beforehand.
ReplyDeleteMay I most humbly point out that "practise" with an "s" is the verb and "practice" is the noun. It's the same as with "advise" and "advice" - a distinction which is easier to remember because these words sound different.
I know. I am practising as in rehearsing.
Delete24 hours for a haircut? That is some hair you have!
ReplyDeleteCloudia, I'll stop off at my sisters for a while.
DeleteTut! tut! Chaps....Don't let the elf 'n safety man see this....grinding over acid batteries...a can of WD40 on the welding bench...not a pair of protective gloves in sight and I suspect no eye protection for the grinder either?...naughty boys!
ReplyDeleteWas the guy with the hammer 'lip sinking' he seems to be out of time?
Enjoy the haircuts...sounds like a big job?...[;o)
Trevor, I couldn't get the sound to sync on that bit but it is an improvement.
DeleteI had all the gear 'ard'at, safety specs, big boots, hi-viz jacket. I looked just like that plonker George Osborne.
Great job on the graphics and the video.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your outing!
Thanks Marie, I'll do my best to have a good time.
DeleteYes its looking good, i too thought about the batteries, i have seen a few go up.
ReplyDeleteGreat film too.
Peter, I have had one explode but it was whilst it was charging.
DeleteI'm glad you explained about seeing your sister... I would say I was welded to my chair when I watched your video, but that would be tacky and seem insincere. Seriously, your video skills are coming along very nicely. I enjoyed it.
ReplyDeleteBill, I am getting more relaxed with the software, the problem I have to sort now is the sound and the content, some bit's are too long and others too short....It keeps me out of mischief.
DeleteRock solid video. Hollywood will soon be calling.
ReplyDeleteBut man o man, haircuts take a long time in Britain. ;)
John, I don't think so...It would be good to work with a proper video person.
DeleteThe haircut takes about an hour and a half for each dog, the rest of the time is spent chatting and eating.
