MARGARETS WISHES. (24/07/13)

Here you go Hun. This is not Google+ but I'm a bit lenient today. I thought I’d binned these but I found them.

_MG_0959 Looks like mum, dad and three chicks to me.

_MG_0996  Here they all are a bit closer. They would have been closer still if a wee Herman the German hadn’t decided it was time for a swim.  No wonder they lost the last two wars and a football game. Bloody mad they are. This water is freezing.

_V0G7230     Margaret is this more the sort of something to appeal. Please feel free to criticise. Good on you lass.

A surfeit of  sycophancy does no one any good. I didn’t bother with the sea cos that is hard work. Don’t be afraid to ask me to. I’ll just put Picky Missy in front of your name.

  1. Nice pictures, especially the last one, superb. Naughty boy, they weren't all like them.

  3. Not sure I think the difference makes that much difference to be frank. It's still like molten caramel and I have a penchant for that.

    1. Graham you are used to 35mm framing. I personally prefer medium format square. Margaret wanted to see the birds. I can with full frame give the customer what I hope they want.
As you said to me the image is irrelevant to the photographer once it is taken and printed.

  4. Hi Adrian I nearly died when I saw my name in your title!!! Sorry to have given you the work of finding the photos of the Divers and their family. that was very kind of you and I appreciate it very much. See, I knew you were an old softie at heart!! They are lovely especially the second one. It was very good of you to alter the seascape however as I didn't really like the name 'Picky Missy', I thought I would email you personally instead!!! I will be very interested to hear your honest comments when you see what I have sent you!! Have a good day. Margaret

    1. Margaret, It was no bother and were I better organised it would have been less so. I've replied to your e-mail and am very impressed. i could do with an editor.

  5. I like seeing the divers grouped so closely together, a real family! I love the last image, the water like a silky chocolate!

    1. Maria, it's all good fun. I'm thinking of getting a big stopper filter but am waiting for the Cokin version. They have one in the pipeline.

    1. Laura, a terrible day for you and the world.
I find slight consolation in the fact that ETA were not involved. Both our countries have seen too much terrorism.

    2. ADRIAN Thanks for your memory to Galicia!
This time was no ETA, how bad memories left us ... It was a terrible human failure that has destroyed so many lives.
      A kiss.
