HAPPY NEW YEAR (31/12/11)

We are enjoying rain, sleet, ice and snow at Tan Hill.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA The camper has pride of place.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAThe road in is passable so no problem……it is a little icy.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAA good sunrise. I’m enjoying the calm before the storm. I have the world pretty much to myself. By lunchtime the place will be manic.

    Beautiful it looks - but cold! I have 73 minutes till 2012 and am just off to friends to see the New Year in. It seems odd that I'll have had a night's sleep before you are welcoming the new year.

    I hope that you have a great 2012 with good health to enjoy it.

    Annie, heating running so we are snug. It's a bit wild today but warmer.
